The photo is important,many variables go into assessing value.
The degree of offset and grade being two that a good photo(both sides)will reveal.

sorry guys I was attempting to get the picture to download. not best but hope it helps. I really do not know what details to add it is missed the same on both sides. there appears to be some letters or something to the lower left of te date only really visable through mag glass.

ok well I just looked and it is not a WAM. I bought this at a auction with a 43. paid $4 so I guess nothing lost nothing gained. I just like odd things kinda makes me feel normal :)
