Extra thickness in WE and parts of the motto and doubling on the 2 in the date.

The date is Machine Doubling. Flat shelf like.

The WE looks like die deteriation. The devices on the copper large dates appear enlarged as a rule compared with other years. Examining other examples from the same year can help in determing what is normal for that year. So examine several to ehlp see what is the norm for that year. Comparing with other years just confuse things. Examples of Earlier die states also help to see the norm for that year.

Using images of a variety compared with a normal coin helps to see what the hubbing created on the die that struck your coin.
