You might notice, this is a design in date coin MS64 for $375.00. Shouldn't ICCS say this is a design in date. CoinsandCanada lists it at $5000 instead of him listing it at $375. Should we say to this guy his error...

I might buy it if it's design in date though. (:

It's basically the design in 6, but I've seen that design at various stages. The design can vary from a simple single line through the six and beyond to almost filled.

The MS64 grade is questionable. Are the surface marks on the plastic? Be careful with this one.

You are the second person on CCF to notice this coin on ebay.
Last time, I made a comparison pic of that coin to a diagnostic pic from JandM.com

I'm not an expert on Canadian varieties or values, but it does resemble the "design in 6"

This looks to be a Die Chip in the top of the 6. The full (expensive) hoof through 6 has a double die chip in the 6 and a die crack running away from the left of the 6 towards the rim. I believe this coin has been discussed on the forum before.

What would this be worth with the single die chip.

Canadian Coin News 'Trends' lists a 1946 in MS-64 state at $400. I don't believe there is much of a premium for a single die chip.... there are at least 4 different Die Chip in 6 and any one of these can be at different stages as the chip deteriorates further with usage.

Wondering how that coin is MS64 sure looks like wear on 2 set of 4 beads on the left of the crown on the reverse to me. Hard to tell, unless it's in hand I guess.
