Left penny is tbere to show the siZe :::::The smaller penny on the right has broad edge with the number 198 on it I don't know if it's 198 or if the edge got rolled in as a manufacture defect or what .. Because I saw anutha. Coin with the. Numbers 198 on it and no other number ..but I have no clue what it is help me please if anyone knows

I'm not sure,but it looks like a coin from the 1980's that caught spooned or caught in a macine.I'm sur that someone more knowledgable than I will be along with some solid info for you......and welcome to the forum

Your coin is commonly refered to as a " Dryer Coin".....i.e. a coin that spend a lot of time spinning around in a dryer and became damaged.
