Hard to tell what it is. Too close/blurry. What do you see? Please give an image that show the digits of the date so if there is a die match it will help to see the location of the mint mark.

There are no known 1954S OMM cents - seeing the date for positioning would prove nothing.

You need a much better image, unfortunately - there's nothing in that image to diagnose - it's too blurry, granulated, poorly lit, etc.
