Its a Proof and I was not aware of a full step designation for proof coins but Some one wanted to know if one of the coins I was selling on ebay was full step. Hopefully he will be able to tell from the Picture. I have looked at the coin through a 20x loop and the mark on by the third pillar is just a change in the metal colour an impurity in the alloy would be my guess. Report this Post to the Staff

After all we are talking about a PR69 coin here and I am sure PCGS would not have given it a PR69 rating if it had Damage to the steps. I have seen some older proofs that were not full steps but this has usually been reflected in the grade. I am Assuming the question was asked in ignorance... Report this Post to the Staff
