It's looking like I've been assimilated. Color is pretty accurate. Acquired from ebay seller drbarsky, who provides some of the finest imaging to be found on ebay. I would not mention the source if I could not recommend him. 64, maybe? 65 out of the question?

Its a beauty for sure ! How much did you pay for it ? Permit me to post a pick of one I found roll searching and I think it ll grade 64-65 and comparing the coins we can see that yours have all the details ( lil nics on the hair and rim but I dont think would decrease the grade anyway ) mine have a spot on the ape's face but the rest is blasting pure pinked red so I think whatever the grade yours ll get the brown or maybe red-brown designation ! Again beautifull coin and I'm curious to know how much you paid because before I found mine I almost bought one one ebay and the sellers are asking a lot for these low mintage in high grade condition , I would like to know how much I saved as I was about to buy one 2 or 3 day before what I consider my best find of 2011 ?!.

Yeah, he does, and with north of 9000 Feedbacks you can understand one or two Negatives. He had to have shipped immediately for it to get to me when it did, and you'd best believe this seller went into my Favorites on the spot.

I believe 65 as well.
This type of photo (read that high quality) is becoming more of the norm for sellers. For the buyer, great. For the seller, from the pictures in his ad, it actually hurts his total dollar sales. The pictures are TOO good.
The above coin, in hand, would be an excellent find at a coin show, dealer, etc.

I know this is gonna sound conceited, but I run into that a lot with my sales. I've actually considered softening my shots, but that would be deceptive.

There looks like there is something weird going on with his forehead, is it just the photo? I just picked up a 39-d from this seller also. How does the coin look in hand vs his photos? He does take some super photos.

I think anything with the forehead is lighting, LincolnGuy. As for his photos, I linked the auction so you can see the images he provided. My images are (IMHO) a pretty good approximation of what the coin actually looks like. This one shot pretty accurately.
