1928 Peace Of Junk

My neighbor gave this to me today. He sold some coins about 5 years ago and the dealer refused this and an 83 cc. Didn't take long to find out why.

Are you refering to the polish job? Still a decent coin.

TL, might be just the lighting that makes it look polished. In hand it doesn't look any brighter than any of my peace or morgans. Take a close look at the reeding.
