Looks like been through a machine; blender, garbage disposal or similar.

could be an extremely rare coin/die error, we need to get dom's auctioneer to have a look at it, could be worth millions

Best to get it onto ebay quickly; buy it now at, say, $500 or offer. But, you need to gild the lily in the description to make it sound absolutely desirable rarity.

queen kissed by mick 20cent piece, with a close up of the lip shape on the queen, starting bid $7500.

seriously heapsadamage, I used to keep coins in my toolbox for drink money, most of them looked like that after 6 months

it could be an upset incused wavy eyebrow 20 1966/80 overdate perhaps
