I'd grade it as Fine-12 (F-12). Looks like there are a couple scrapes across the obverse which hurt the eye appeal a bit. This is a common coin in lower grades and is usually priced according to the silver content. You paid a fair price.

Are you putting together a type set of USA coins? I presume that will be a bit of a challenge out there in Portugal!

If I can get deals like that ill try to get as much as I can, but there are a lot of this coin for sale the price is a bit higher but 12.38$ is the maximum I'm willing to pay!

You paid a fair price, as Jaobler said. In addition, I agree with the grade of F12.

I think any walker at $10-15 bucks is a good deal unless it's really ugly.
F12 is about right.
