BH1964 Bedrock of the Community United States 10982 Posts	Posted 12/22/2011 4:20 pm Recently picked up this 1855-O Arrows SLH with proceeds from my 2011 ASE set sales. These are the seller's images, should be in-hand this weekend. She's a bit "whiter" than I prefer 150 year old silver but the price was right. What do you think PCGS said? Comments welcome. Jaobler Pillar of the Community United States 6388 Posts	Posted 12/22/2011 6:49 pm I don't see any wear but luster looks dull and lifeless. That could be due to photo technique, over-dipping, or light wear. Detail-wise it seems a lock for at least AU-58. It could also be MS with numerical grade limited by lack of luster. Or, it might have been rejected for grade if PCGS considers the surfaces significantly "messed with". I'd bet on PCGS AU-58. Hopefully the luster in-hand will look more pleasing than what shows in the photos. Report this Post to the Staff
