Looks normal to me.A little less glare and a closer shot of the MM might help.

If you're referring to the 'filled' look of the top of the mintmark - it's normal.

Unfortunately,your coin is not a rpm.

Here are 2 pics of a 1970S RPM that I have in a 1970 Mint Set.

Pic#1 is the RPM and Pic# 2 is the die chip on the C of AMERICA on the Reverse.(Die Marker)
