I have put this coin on before,but I think this is a better picture. Could this be a double mint stamp.

Never heard of DMS. A double mint mark is referred to as an RPM.Photo is a little blurry,i am on the fence on this one.

That's a heavy coin-hit on the mintmark. Flattened down part of the mintmark creating what you are seeing as doubling. This is not a repunched mintmark.
