I've wanted these since they came out, but never wanted to pay a premium for them (this is the bullion version with 33,000 mintage). The coin shop had one at a low per-ounce premium. Woo-hoo! Gotta say... it is tough to photograph such a large DMPL coin.

Nice coin! I have quite a few bars, rounds and a bullion poured bar. But, I got to have them say .999 silver or AG on like silver pandas. Not sure why it bothers me if it is not on there. But then, I dont have any slabbed pieces either.
I am very jealous of you right now! Good Job!

Wow that is amazing! I do agree it looks much better in the larger size. So congrats on such a fine pick up!

It's definitely a buyer's market on these 5 ozers!

I look for the series to be discontinued. It's just a gimmicky way to buy bullion, totally impractical and too expensive to collect.

Purdy Purdy Purdy I gotta admit that I am a quarter box roll searcher and finding the regular mini clad version of these bad boys really makes me happy. I love the designs on all the ATBs so far

Nice coin! I picked a raw bullion one up from APMEX when silver spot took a dip. I am not looking to collect this series, but I did want to own one! Look at that big, fat bad boy next to it's little brothers......AWESOME.....SIMPLY AWESOME! I think I'm in love. I'm not sure that I agree that this series will be canceled. The mint's got a lot invested in tooling and equipment to produce these. Sales are slow and enthusiasm for these has cooled quite a bit. They might scale mintages back instead of canceling the series.

Nice photo, Mach1. The shop had a Glacier or Olympic version last week. It was a little tempting. I think these designs will also get better throughout the series.
I saw several details on the large coin that made me go look at the small version -- sure enough, they are there. Just tough to see.
Did you know you can buy a "monster box" of these with 10 rolls of 10 in a deep blue box?

That is a very nice coin. That is one I would like to get some day, since I like the bison and the geyser. Are you going to buy any others? I might buy a few, if silver ever goes below $20 per ounce again.
