looks like part of the beard in bays 7,8 and 9 also either a die crack top right corner of the building. obverse side looks like the building was tilted as you can see there is a line from the T in trust down to lincoln's beard and then another line from his beard to the top of the 9 in the date

The reverse most likely is a clash but it is not "tilted". The obverse does not look like a clash but I am unsure what it is.

I don't think it's a die clash at all. The reverse doesn't seem to line up with anything from the obverse and the obverse is a toning issue like maybe a piece of tape was there.

It does not appear to be a die clash. However, it does seem to have been impacted by another object outside the striking chamber or post production damage.

I don't see a clash, so I will not respond to that part. I do see a large area of discoloration on the obverse that is indicative of environmental damage.
