It sure looks like a Type "B" reverse to me Here is a link to a thread discussing the Type B's and fifth post down the page is a post by coop with three links to pictures of the different reverse designs. A 1969 D Reverse B is rare. A circ sold on ebay a month or two ago for $100.00

Too bad the type issue is for transition quarters around 1964 :/

I have not seen anything about transitional quarters after 1964: If there is any I would like to see a reference.

The arrow tips don't seem to be touching like the type b does. I would say no.

I questioned the tip of the arrow myself so I took another pick and put it with the rest. It looks like the arrow is touching to me.
I did not know you could sale coins on this forum without going though the auction. Am I Wrong?

I believe it might actually be a type H reverse which is rare on 69D, but can also be found on Denver minted coins in 70,71, and 72 which are very rare.
