I think this is a 1983 Double Die Resevers any help? It also has the same effect on the right of monument and one cent. Have more pics but I only see a single file upload.

. That is not a doubled die. It is Machine Doubling, flat, shelflike apperance.

Probably what you using. You just need to know the difference between Machine Doubling and a doubled die.
MD is flat shelf like
DD is rounded and enlarged
