I think the two coins may make MS-63.

You might be right, but I can't make competent grading decisions from angled shots with only some of the coin in focus.

 Yep too tough to tell from out of focus areas, and the lighting makes some details too "contrasty" or not enough contrast.

using my sisters cybershot. having trouble with lighting and reflections in coins. will work on it. thanks for your thoughts.

I would say MS-62 on the first due to that significant looking scuff (picture #2) across Liberty's face.
Second looks like MS-63 but, as others cite, not easy to tell with certainty from the angled photos
