Guys I'm not sure if Australian coins topic was meant to be like this one, if so I will delete this. I think we should all post in this thread scammers you find on ebay and post them here, when I get the chance I will edit this post adding the names so people don't have to scroll down to see, thoughts?

i guess I have been lucky with my random ebay purchases. I do check ratings but often buy cheapies at the last minute leaving no time to do anything but make sure they are 99% or more.

I have seen too much bad news for me to trade ebay in pricey items. I have essentially locked myself out of this market. Too dissapointed. That does not mean that everybody should do the same as me, I am just a bit more cynical than most in this regard. The scammers have spoilt it for the honest traders. Make sure that you are happy with the seller before making a purchase. That, to me, usually means an established business with a good reputation.

With ebay I think your normally pretty safe if you stick to users with more than 99% positive feedback.

The list you're asking for already exists, go to online auction discussion part of this forum, then scroll down to discouraged sellers.

http://pages.ebay.com.au/help/sell/...ders_ov.htmlHeres a page everyone should be familiar with Blocking bidders and buyers I have 16 people on my ebay blocked bidder list; theses are people that have been non payers or sellers who ripped me off, or people that I don't like there attitude. I also have all my blocks up for annoying people and newbie bidders but still one or two get past the system.
