Thanks John1. its hard to tell from any pictures I was able to find on the internet. nothing seems very clear. Is it like the 1997 double ear?

I'm a noob but coppercoins lists the markers for this variety and it doesn't appear to resemble. please refer to pic

Also it should have a die crack and some other markings on Reverse
