Janknez,
I hate to burst your bubble but any circulated one dollar star note from 1999, 2001, and 2003 is not going to be worth much. But don't worry. I keep them too. I have probably over $200 in one dollar circulated star notes. It's going to take some time (10-20 years) before you will be able to sell them for a profit.
For example. You can go onto ebay and buy 100 CRISP UNCIRCULATED SEQUENTIAL star notes for $150-$200. So that one dollar you just saved from circulation with all the folds will never compair to the 100 sequential choice uncirculated notes. And right now those brand new star notes arnt even worth $2 for just one. If you find a nice looking circulated star note, by all means, keep it. But if they are really really worn, tears, writing, just pass on them. They wont be worth really anything. BUT, they are fun to look for and good to keep for a rainy day. I keep all star notes I find, though, I know they aren't worth much.
Good things,
Ty
