Looks to me a MM south as there are 2 split corners but it doesn't match anything in coppercoins. There is nothing in the hair, no cracks of any kind. There's a hair between the 9-5. The only thing I can find is a die gouge from the left side of the 8 down to the rim and it's faint.

It is a minor RPM. These haven't been listed yet and may not be listed. I still save them when I find them. Probably John Wexler lists them in his files. I have a large book of his listing for 1959 that is thicker than the RPM book with lot of images.
