Well, THAT certainly helps pay for the detector.

Where are you detecting? Beach / Totlot?
I'm amazed at the amount of clad you're pulling up.
I'm new to this and have a crappy detector but holy cow...
How long do you stay out?
Yesterday I was able to get out for about an hour on a totlot and found 10 cents, 3 dimes, and a nickel. I'm digging nearly every signal I get that's above 4" and I feel like I'm moving along pretty fast but... To pull that much out of the ground I'd have to be out for... well a long time.

Tot lot
1 to 2 hours (My wife hunts with me)
Takes less than 30 seconds to pinpoint then flip the coin out of the ground with a screw driver does not leave a hole so no back filling.

I guess the totlots you're hitting are different than the ones around me. All the ones around me have a 4" layer of mulch. Nothing is ever right at the surface to be popped out. It takes me longer than 30 seconds to search through brown mulch for an equally brown cent.

Needless to say I'm jealous.
