i hope that site is correct, it says its gold, I tend to think bronze but that one is different in the positions of the writing and edge shape, plus mine seems to have no writing on the rim, but there is a small spot that has been scratched or filed away from the look of it. so really I am no close excpet for one similar to mine, but it did mention a set so maybe this is the second of the 2?

There were two different versions of this medal struck, by two different mints. This version of the medal is listed in the Carlisle catalogue of Australian medals, number 1970/54. Struck by Amor in gilded bronze, mintage 51,703 - which is fairly high for a modern Australian medal. There are minor design differences between this medal and the gold one listed above (which is C# 1970/53), most notably the "MG" mintmark below the pope's shoulder; the gold one has it, the base-metal one does not.

The 2008 price guide supplement lists C#1970/54 at $5 in VF to EF condition.
