Found this today, have had it for a few months was just sorting through and putting them into cases and when I did the obverse is offset from the reverse.any idea how many degrees it is rotated? Also some kind of markings between the top and the bottom curves of the S any idea what they might be.

Your coin does look slightly rotated, but not to the degree that would command a premium. IMO

assuming you flipped it 'heads over tails' to take the photo, it is rotated about 10 degrees. It is not worth a premium, but I bet it could still sell on ebay for $1.
