Quintillus?

I have a couple questions about this coin. First of all, I'm I right about the attribution?

Quintillus AE Antoninianus. Mediolanum mint. IMP QVINTILLVS AVG, radiate, draped & cuirassed bust right, seen from behind / FIDES MILIT, Fides standing facing, head left, holding standard in either hand; S. RIC 52, Cohen 25.

And second of all, is it worth $17.50 total price after shipping? Even with most of the obverse legend being off of the flan?

Thanks for any opinions!

The seller says he doesn't know what the coin is. I haven't told the seller.
