So I have all my coins in 2x2 3ring binder pages. I want to put the large 35mm coins in as well but a. they are bigger than the largest holders b. I think I need pages larger then 2x2. Does something like a 4x4 exist?

Yes, 2.5 inch flips exist and they and their pages can be purchased at Colonial among others.
