I just recently moved from Oak Harbor, Washington where I first started Bank Roll Hunting (and loved it). My bank there would order me boxes upon boxes of rolls and they had a free coin machine I could pour them into and the money would be directly deposited into my account. Now I am living in Lemoore, CA. The banks I have talked to hear will order me boxes (2 at a time), but turning my coins back into the bank is the problem. No banks here have coin machines so I will have to roll them myself, which is ok by me. But, the banks don't want me bringing boxes of re-rolled coins back to them because apparently they don't ship them back out.

Does anyone have any suggestions on 1: The fastest way to re-roll my coins. 2: The best way to turn coins back in etc.? If anyone else lives in the Lemoore, CA area I would love to hear from ya. Thanks all!

New Bank...or try a different branch. I wouldn't ask them. Order them from one branch and when you make a deposit go to a different branch. They have a spot on the deposit slips for "coins"...deposit check and coins at same time.

I bought a cheap "cointainer" that you fill up to a line and that is 50 cents...its easy to re-roll them. I think you were pampered in Washington...lol

Aye Credit Unions tend to have coin sorters, plus no-fee (*really* no-fee) accounts. I'm whittling down my BoA account to a nominal one by withdrawing coins and depositing them at an ACU. :-)
Rest in Peace

The bank I used to use was a Navy Federal Credit Union.
