It looks like the two different sections are different colors, but the lighting makes it look like that. They are the same color on the coin. The "inside"(where lincoln is sitting is lower than the "outside" which is raise a little higher. Its kind of hard to explain, please help me out here.

What year is that? The half circle in Bay #4 looks like a the 1998-1DR-001 Doubled Die Reverse...If it is it is also a WAM. I'm not positive but it looks similar.

Always post the Date and Mint of your coin in question.

On second look...looking above the Plantar I am not sure if it is or not but its worth a guess.

No problem...I saw the half circle in bay #4 and it reminded me of the 1998 DDR-001.

That is why it looks like the 1998....Look where the chin meets up with Bay #4...The half circle is from right in front of his chin.
