Checking out E-Bay tonight looking for a 1887-S Morgan and I came across this one....

Now I am still very young in my ability to tell whether a coin has been cleaned but I think this one has. Correct? (I hope).

Altered surfaces - looks like an EF details coin that someone abused with, perhaps, some very fine sand paper
