The 1911 reverse is F and the obverse is VG, Nice coin. Don't clean it it will spoil it, nothing wrong with toned coins

Whilst I'm not a huge fan of the darkly toned coins I think it makes a lot of the detail seem more pronounced and isn't all that bad.

This coin arrived in the mail today. http://www.australianstamp.com/coin...1999220c.htmThe perfect coin to accompany my threepence set. It came in a capsule. I have started to put my threepences in 2x2 to put them in an album. Some already have been put in 2x2 as this is how I got them and obviously leaving the masterpiece one in its capsule. How do people make the stapled 2x2s staples flat? I don't really want to plier them as I will probably do more damage than good

I don't both flattening them. If your putting them into album pages then you wont be able to tell much of a difference. Too much hassle for not much gain. Well done with your purchases

Hi, Nancy, My 3 are the 1915/20/23, I think I can get a 1923 in Canada now, but the fellow is on vacation.
