Is that within the tolerance of this wear? t the question is on this coin given the wear is 6.2 grams out of the norm. It concerns me, because it seems a lot. Report this Post to the Staff

Moe145 Pillar of the Community United States 8904 Posts	Posted 01/18/2012 12:33 am RedBook 2012 lists the 1856 Seated Liberty quarter as having "the Variety 1 resumed (no Arrows design) with the weight standard of Variety 2 (the old "Arrows" weight = which is 6.22 grams). I think you're good. Your coin appears to be authentic to me. Grade: Obverse: VF-30, Reverse: F-15 (possible soft strike?) Overall: VF-20.
