I'm looking for opinions on this coin. Would it be either a Strike Through or a Lamination Peel?

Obverse taken at different angles:First was taken at a slight angle.

All opinions very much appreciated. Found tonight while roll searching.

I don't know what it'd be struck through, so I'd say planchet defect.

Planchet defect works for me. It is cool in hand. In a 2x2 it goes to be cataloged later. Thank you all for the input.
