Looks like I'm pushing my sixpence collection further back in time. Are these the only portrait versions? And are these the 'proper' names?

There weren't any "Gothic sixpences", so yes, those three are all you will find in that series.
And yes, those are the usual names they go by, except "old head" is also known as "veiled head".
Don't say "infinitely" when you mean "very"; otherwise, you'll have no word left when you want to talk about something really infinite. - C. S. Lewis

Okay, I will bite. I know she can't be on an 1813 coin but why pick that date?

I was alluding to the same thing as you, that counterfeiters sometimes don't do their homework and produce something outrageously wrong. Like a type that hasn't existed or the date that doesn't fit. Or both.
This is not limited to counterfeiters only. Since my British coin collection is getting pretty saturated I got into medals and other "memorabilia" lately. Now I have a "spade guinea" token with Geo III "dated" 1700.
I also have a few "To Hanover" tokens. Most of them bear date 1837 which makes perfect sense. One, though, has 1861 which makes the whole thing a bit ... meaningless. But then, I have one of them with "Victoria Queen" legend on the obverse with the date 1830 !?
Edit: Oh, 1813 was just a randomly picked "bad" year.

What about China-made Gothic Pennies?:) I think we'll see them soon.

Update: The Young head has three portrait revisions: 1st head, 1834 through 1867 2nd head, 1867 through 1880 3rd head, 1880 through 1887 Jubilee head: 1887 through 1893 (1893 very scarce) Old Head: 1893 through 1901

You probably meant to start with 1838, not 64.
For sixpence, I believe, you pretty much got it. If you'd like fewer varieties go for threepence, there are only three; if you want more varieties, then it's any other denomination.

Um, need another correction. Now you overshot in the other direction, 1834 is a bit too early for Victoria.
