Is this PMD caused by a improper strike or what? I do not believe its a hub doubling. Do you agree?

I was told that kind of marking is caused by rolling machines, but if that's true, it would seem we'd see much more of it.

See it quite a bit actually. There is definitely Rolling Machine Damage on this coin. Also looks like Die Deterioration.

Through the motto it is die deteriation. Very common on the 80's zincolns.
The mark at 2:00 and on the bust is coin wrapper damage. Happens a lot and ruins the coins you want to keep.

"IN GOD" is Die Deterioration. The mark on the date ,from the date to trust, and the hit on the head are Rolling Machine Damage.
