This coin is listed as a "p" but clearly has a mint mark on the photo, any thoughts?

Yep! Definitely a mint mark on the reverse.
The 1903 S Morgan she's also offering looks suspicious to me. THAT makes me suspect this 1921 Walker. I also, am not a big fan of poor pictures that don't allow an enlarged view of the coin.
Personally, I wouldn't bid on this one.

Appears from here to be a 1921-something MM .... but the small blurry photos do not allow for any kind of authentication. I personally would stay away.
14 day return though.

Enlarging the pic shows the mintmark to be an "S".

For sure there is a mintmark. I would guess it is an "S" as well. The pictures are a bit small but something about this coin does not feel right but I am not sure what.

I just asked the seller....something is wrong with your 1921 p Walking Liberty half dollar, in the photo of back it has a 'S' at 7 O'clock near rim, so photo shows a 1921 S half which is worth much less $... did you guys see the feedback? SOLD = 1932 S COIN WAS COUNTERFEIT! 'I PITY THE FOOL' that just won this 1921 S half [not p] for US $2,026.11

I'd be curious what the feedback will be on this coin in the next week or so.

Quote: O'clock near rim, so photo shows a 1921 S half which is worth much less $... did you guys see the feedback? Actually, in xf, the 21s is WAY more valuable. Let's review: - Bad pix and description
- Not certified
- FB for counterfoot coin
- Multiple high-value, virtually no common coins sold
Possibility of fake? About 106%.

I agree with Fred. In higher grades, the 1921-s is probably the most valuable walker there is. I also agree the coin looks "off" fo me. More than likely a counterfeit.

The S mintmark on early-date San Francisco walkers is pretty small. Starting with the 1927-S they started with a larger size, more like what shows in the ebay photo. Just one more indication the authenticity is iffy. Here's the reverse of my 1921-S (much lower grade, unfortunately!):
