Are you wanting to know if this is a RPM? If so, no it is not a RPM. RPMs are non existent after 1989. But that is a very nice photo. I wish I could get closeups like that.

quality is kinda iffy, Its kinda like my light reflects off of it and MD is exaggerated a lot through the scope

You can see the Machine Doubling on the bottom of the 0 in the date in the same image.
