How many 2011 dated ones did you find? Hard to tell from the small picture but does look like something funny going near the rim on the lower left. Report this Post to the Staff

I have found a few of these 2011 5 pence's. in my change jar but the 2 errors I found were in my purse. A crack in the die allowed metal to rise up during the strike, creating the raised ridge of metal. Presumably many coins were created with the same crack so other examples should turn up.
