I think XF-45 to AU50 also, defintely a coin you might want to rinse in acetone, as it does look like some sort of PVC residue might be on the surfaces. This should not harm your coin, only remove the the residu so it won't do further damage, eventually PVC will etch a coin surfaces pretty severely.

I am with westcoin on this one... XF45-AU50 I think an acetone bath would be a great idea.

the last time I got some acetone I got it from CVS, its in the nail polish section but be sure it says 100% acetone on the bottle (you don't want the nail polish remover with acetone in it). It was a pretty big container compared to regular polish remover and should last a long time, it wasn't all that expensive there either, but I am not sure if this is the cheapest place to get it, but there is usually a CVS on every street corner so may be the easiest access to it
