It does have great cartwheel luster and the mark on the armpit is on the holder. A couple of hits on the shield and chest probably held it back in grade.

I was about to chime in with a guess on the grade. To late, but I'll say it was not going to be 62. Wow didn't see that coming. The coin is much nicer than the slab!

This is why I dont like TPG's. They set the standards and then dont follow them... No way that is only a 62...

I thought that it deserve a MS-64 as well, but if you paid 62 price you got a great deal.

I was going to chime in at MS63 maybe 64 with FH - but the grade was posted before I could. These SLQ can be really hard to grade based on a simple photo, one almost always needs the coin in hand.
