I just found this 1939 quarter while digging around for Copper Pennies in my wifes change jar. could not believe it...

Not the prettiest but it is 90% Silver

Nice. I think a lot of old coins are in circulation due to many cashing in piggy banks. My so received 2 similar 1935 quarters just before Christmas in change (different days). I have had some finds in halves as well! Good luck to all. I'm waiting for a Mercury dime in circulation! I loved them as a child and put them all aside as a very young collector in the 1960s!
