Is the second picture indicative of a luster break in the left obverse field that would bump this down to AU?

I like the surface of this coin, however its the surface, not the luster specifically, that has me thinking AU.

I am thinking around mid AU. There seems to be a touch of wear in the hair and the cheekbone right under the eye.
