Place a clothes pin on the edge and take some images. The clothes pin will hold the coin upright. It could be damage or a split planchet or something else. The more we can see will help.

I agree post mint damage. The rim area is pushed out and the rim distorted. I was hoping for a different view on the rim. But it show what I didn't want to see. Thanks for the extra images.
