Since the die clash is an error in the mint process, it does not distract or add to the grade of a coin. As for value, it depends on just how common die clashes occurred in that given year for that given denomination. Example, the 1877 Indian Head cent is most often encountered with a die clash (some even go as far as saying not to buy this coin if it does not have a die clash). So on the normal 1877 Indian Head cent with a visible die ash, the premium would be non-existent.
Since your 1908 die clash does show the 8 digit from the date clashed into the reverse and it has not been abraded, some may want to pay a nice premium for this die clash.
We do have a site that is dedicated to die clashes. MADdieclashes.com
