Does this look like a DDR on the 1st and 2nd columns plus between the 4th and 5th columns die clash and a little more die clash between 8,9 and 9 and 10.

You have the die clash right but I am on the fence with the DDR. There is one known on the left side of column 6 and yours looks promising,maybe a new find? Where be da pros?

The mark in the 1st bay is polishing marks to remove a previous clash. I was hoping from your description it was an unside down Y from LIBERTY. But it wasn't. But you do have a die clashed reverse on your coin.
