I've purchased it from a coin vendor's tray in Berlin, Germany. I thought it's a British penny token, but after surfing a little bit on the net, I think they were used in Australia at some time. Sorry for the crappy photos, I am never a good picture taker. Below are the photos of the coin,

It's exactly same size and diameter of a pre-1860 1d of the UK, with the bust of Professor Holloway(?) on one side, with "London" Below the bust, and the other side, it's probably Greek God Hygiene, with "Holloway's Pills and Ointment"
I'd love to hear more about this token/coin, if anyone knows some.
