Anybody want a moose? The "Moose" silver bullion coin is struck from one troy ounce of 99.99% pure silver and has a face value of $5. The design of a majestic creature which rules Canada's forests from Newfoundland to the Pacific Coast has been illustrated on the reverse of this coin by Senior Mint Engraver William Woodruff. The obverse features the effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, created in 2003 by Canadian portrait artist Susanna Blunt.

Why not? It does not look bad.

Is that the next coin in the wildlife series (wolf, grizzly, cougar)?

Nice. Looks alot more plain background wise compared to the wolf/grizzly/cougar. But the majestic moose does not need a nice background!

Very nice. Would be my favorite design of the 4 so far. I thought though that the trend for for predator animals, but absolutely no complaints with the moose.

The Moose is a winner, but I can see why somebody said the couger is not so hot...looks like a kid drew it!

The cougar looks better in hand. I have yet to see a picture of it that looks decent. I'll get a moose or two. I want at least one of each. Still need to find a wolf though.

No artists impression of this animal. nice to see they aren't showing the legs entirely, they can look somewhat awkward with their long thin legs and tub like bodies. Looking forward to adding this to the pile.
