hello so I have been collecting coins and paper money for a while now and have been keeping all of my paper money in the plastic sleeves but I don't really like them that much I would rather have a album or a binder. I have searched the Internet and every one is crazy expensive and I don't want to spend that much for something that might work so I need your guys help can you recommend a good album that can hold a lot of paper money like over 200 bills and isn't that expensive? and if you guys happen to have a old one that you don't need that you would be willing to sell then that would work. any thing is better then having a hundred of those stupid sleeves (my opinion) Thank you

This is how I do it. Very easy and low cost, I use a three ring binder, most are under $ 5.00, then buy the plastic pages that hold the plastic sleeves. They will hold three large size bills or you can get them that hold four small size bills. With this system you can organize them them the way you want to. I like these better than some album that is set up and organized the way someone else wants them. All very low cost, and you organize it your way. Regards The Bill Collector

that is how I have my smallish bill collection. I have pages for small bills and large bills. Easy to look at and take out if you want to get a picture.

If you have a Hobby Lobby store in your area, or you can go online, they have currency albums that aren't very expensive.(around $24 dollars, but there is always a %40 off coupon online which brings the price under $20. They also sell the extra pages that the bill collector was referring to for only a couple dollars each. I think either way works great.

Well for me it works as good or better than the Pre Arranged store bought albums, and the cost is as low as anyone could want, about the only thing that would cost less would be to just put your notes lose in a shoe box. But I don't think any real collector would do that. I use the 2 inch three ring binders and it will hold 50 4 slot pages, that's enough for 200 small size notes. I do the same for the large size notes but each page only holds three notes, still that's 150 large, and that s a lot of large size notes. Here is a not so good photo of my small size three ring binder. When I have more time if anyone is interested I can do some better photos, but I think you get the idea of how it's done. I use price gun stickers with info on the sticker about each note such as the grade and the F # along side each bill. As you can see there's enough room for the sticker on the edge of the page along side note. Regards The Bill Collector

You are correct Bill collector, that looks as good as anything I have bought.
2 questions. Where do you buy the plastic sleeves? Those look different from the ones I have seen. Second do you still have your bills inside a protective holder inside the sleeves. Thanks for the pics. Derek

Derek, I bought the plastic three and 4 pocket pages from a local Coin & Currency dealer. The name on them is Bilgard - Made in USA. And yes, I still still have my bills inside a protective holder inside the pockets, that way if I want to take them out or handle them for photos etc. there still protected. I have my collection stored like The Bill Collector has. That is a great idea to put them in an extra folder to make them easier on taking out too. I also use mine with foreign notes. Here are just a couple of places that sell them: http://www.wizardcoinsupply.com/pro...rency-pages/http://www.brooklyngallery.com/cgi-...keywords=allI bought the Supersafe ones. Not sure if the other brands are better or not, but they work for me. Shop around and see who has the best deal! Good luck and let us know how you do. We would all love to see pictures too.

so I went to my coin shop and he was selling the pages for 85 cents but gave me a discount and I got them for 70 cents so I got 10 of the large note ones because the small note pages when I put the note in it the note is almost sticking out of the top so I got the large note pages because they have enough room... so thank you guys for all of your help
