On a supplier's web page, should be some contact info. You could ask them if they sell in bulk.

Just saw at Jake's Marketplace, Inc. on the right column there is a section labeled "Wholesale Coin Supplies".

Where is the store at B&M? (Brick and Motor) as in real shop or just online?

I was going to send you a PM... but couldn't...

Presuming you have a sales tax id, etc.

You can order BCW supplies directly from BCW - bcwdirect.com

There are a few other true whole sale places, compare prices - some have great prices on some items and awful on others.

i.e. I looked at the price of a scale - and it was much cheaper on Amazon than it was from the wholesale place.

alco distributing in Ohio
allstate distributing (i think)
transline supply (california)
Harry Edelman - 888-333-6147 (ad in Coin World)
charles heisler inc - dealer only - PA - 800-784-6886

I bumped into this as well while checking

http://www.capitalplastics.com/Distributors.htm -- of course any supply site that is an official distributor likely has a dealer wholesale program.

Do the same thing dealers at coin shows do. For example those that sell the Red Book, contact Whitman Publishing and buy from them in bulk quantities. This is why at a coin show I can get a brand new Red Book for $11. I suspect they do the same thing with many coin supplies, just contact the manufacturers. Attempting to buy in bulk from places like Wizard or similar on line dealers, you would be only buying something that they already purchased in bulk from manufacturers such as Whitman.

wizard's prices are not wholesale... but on a few items they can do it less than 1 supplier. but not less than another.

It's all about what you need, what sort of on going relationship you want, payment terms etc.

A lot of those dealers buy direct from wholesale companies as well.

Just sent out emails saying no limit on half prices for the 2013 Red Book. Less than anywhere and as many as you want.
