roll find. last digit looks like a '4' to me, but what is the 2nd to last digit? Just took a look from a different angle - definitely a 1914 as everyone suggested. I know it is an AG3, but still exciting to find in a roll. Edited by robbudo 02/03/2012 7:41 pm

I've never found a buffalo in any rolls I've searched, nice find for you though!

Does there happen to be a "d" on the reverse?

Yeah, be sure to check for that mintmark. I think a couple people have found 1914-D while roll hunting and I found a 1921-S.

Sure is a 1914. The previous owner probably put it back in the wild to give another collector the thrill of finding it.

1914 all the way. Is it a "D" by any chance.

I saw the picture and read nothing anyone else even the person who posted the picture wrote and I immediately said 1914 good find even without a D, it would fill a hole in my album
